|UCP of NYC's preschool programs are year-round, comprehensive educational and therapeutic programs serving children ages three to five with physical and/or developmental disabilities. UCP of NYC teachers are exceptionally bright, caring and encouraging of preparing our preschool students. Our preschool programs are offered in a setting where children, with and without disabilities, are given the opportunity to learn and grow together.

In addition, UCP of NYC offers several specialized classroom models geared to the unique needs of children with physical handicaps. These include:
Programs are offered year-round (except scheduled holidays and 3 week summer break). The program is open five days a week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m., with round-trip transportation provided at no cost to families.
UCP of NYC Preschool and School-Age special education programs are made possible by the New York State Education Department and the New York City Department of Education. Services are provided at no cost to families.
