Developmental Evaluation Services

UCP of NYC offers a family-centered, collaborative approach to developmental pediatric care for children with developmental disabilities, chronic illnesses and learning differences. Our Developmental Pediatrics team works in partnership with the pediatric primary care provider to ensure the child and family are offered the highest quality care and best coordinated services.

UCP of NYC Developmental Evaluation Services include:

• Initial intake and counseling
• Early intervention referrals, including MD supplementals
• Developmental pediatric assessments and reports
• Ongoing coordination of medical, educational and habilitative services
• Therapeutic interventions, including physical, occupational and speech therapy

UCP of NYC’s Developmental Pediatric Services are provided at our Manhattan Health Care Clinic on Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and as needed at our Brooklyn Health Care Clinic. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment.
