UCP of NYC operates four main health care clinics with locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Staten Island. Our clinics are open weekdays from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. A 24-hour on-call service is available after hours for urgent medical issues. 

All clinical facilities are completely wheelchair accessible. Please call in advance to discuss services and schedule an appointment.
