Family Support Services

For thousands of New Yorkers with cerebral palsy and other developmental disabilities, living at home with their family is an ideal situation. At home and in the neighborhood, individuals are part of the community in the best way possible—as sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, neighbors and friends. UCP of NYC is proud to be part of the services network that enables individuals with disabilities to continue to lead fulfilling lives, as independently as possible.
