Individuals and families frequently need assistance from experts who can help them understand available services they are eligible for. UCP of NYC’s Project CONNECT is a friendly resource for individuals and families seeking information, guidance and referrals to an array of over 75 of our comprehensive services. UCP of NYC Project CONNECT staff is available five days a week to respond to inquiries and offer assistance and support. If we are unable to provide answers to inquiries or direct individuals to services within UCP of NYC, we will happily offer referrals to other helpful agencies and organizations.
