UCP of NYC Earns national recognition For Patient-Centered Care
UCP of NYC’s Article 28 medical clinics in Manhattan and Brooklyn have been recognized as a Patient Centered Medical Home - Level 2 by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
Since November 2011, individuals from UCP of NYC’s 23rd street Manhattan Habilitation programs have been participating in photography classes at the Gustavus Adolphus Community Lounge Senior Center located on 22nd Street.
This year UCP of NYC embarked upon a partnership with the Museum of Modern Art’s community outreach and education program. The program curriculum, led by a MoMA museum educator, uses art historical lessons to create a basis for hands on studio arts creation.
UCP of NYC’s Santa Project was successful once again thanks to the support of donors, corporate sponsors, and various party hosts. All support for the Santa Project helps us deliver great programming and holiday cheer to the families we serve, making the season brighter for everyone.
