UCP/NYC offers a family-centered and collaborative approach
to developmental pediatric care for children
birth to 21 with developmental disabilities,
chronic illnesses and learning differences.
The goal of the Developmental Pediatrics health
care team is to work in partnership with the
pediatric primary care provider to ensure the
highest quality and best-coordinated services
to the child and his or her family.
Services include:
- initial intakes
- early intervention evaluations, including
MD supplementals
- developmental pediatric assessments and
reports
- collaboration with primary care providers
and families
- ongoing coordination of medical, educational
and habilitative services
- access to therapeutic interventions, including
physical, occupational and speech therapy
- access to early intervention and educational
programs
Location/Scheduling an Appointment
UCP/NYCs Developmental Pediatric Services
are provided at our Manhattan Health Care Center
on Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.,
and as needed at our Brooklyn Health Care Center.

gladly assist in completing private health insurance
forms.
