UCP/NYC offers specialized dental services for
individuals with a wide range of physical and
developmental disabilities. All dentists are
licensed by New York State and are experienced
in adult as well as pediatric care. UCP/NYC
makes going to the dentist a positive experience
by delivering quality professional dental care
in a relaxing and comforting environment. Facilities
are especially adapted for individuals in wheelchairs.

UCP/NYC's full array of dental services includes:
- examinations and cleanings
- x-rays
- fillings
- simple extractions
- sealants
- root canals
- crowns
- dentures
- fluoride treatments
- oral hygiene instruction
- nutritional counseling
In addition, UCP/NYC maintains referral relationships
with Beth Israel Medical Center, New York University
Medical Center, Jacobi Hospital and Staten Island
Hospital for dental surgery and hospitalization.
Hours of Operation
The Dental Clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Wednesday
from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Dental Clinic
is closed on all major holidays. Visits are
by appointments only.

Fees
Fees are moderate and reimbursable through Medicare,
Medicaid or private health insurance. Clinic
staff will assist in completing all necessary
forms.
Location/Scheduling an Appointment
The Dental Clinic is located at UCP/NYC's Manhattan
center at 122 East 23rd Street between Park
Avenue South and Lexington Avenue. It is easily
accessible by public transportation. If you
are eligible for ambulette transportation, our
staff will gladly assist in making transportation
