UCP/NYC uses state of the art diagnostic equipment in providing comprehensive hearing health services at our Audiology Clinic in Brooklyn. In addition, hearing screenings are offered at locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Staten Island. Hearing services are available to everyone - infants, children, young adults and seniors - whether disabled or non-disabled. Services include:

• on-site audiological evaluations
• off-site audiology screenings
• neonatal hearing screenings (brain stem response)
• hearing aid evaluation and prescription
• hearing aid maintenance and repair
• aural rehabilitation (listening devices, training, counseling)
• cerumen management

Fees
Fees are reimbursable through Medicare, Medicaid or private health insurance. Our staff can assist in completing all necessary forms.

Location/Scheduling an Appointment
Audiology Services are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Evening and Saturday appointments also can be arranged. Visits are by appointment only.

The main Audiology Clinic is located in Brooklyn at 160 Lawrence Avenue between Ocean Parkway and McDonald Avenue. It is easily accessible by bus and subway transportation. If you are eligible for ambulette transportation, our staff will gladly assist in making the necessary arrangements. In addition, hearing screenings are available by appointment at:

• Bronx - 1770 Stillwell Avenue
• Manhattan - 122 East 23rd Street
• Staten Island - 281 Port Richmond Avenue
