UCP/NYC's Legacy Society

The Legacy Society was established to recognize and thank those individuals who have provided for UCP/NYC in their estate plans. Anyone making one of the following planned gifts in which United Cerebral Palsy of New York City is a gift recipient, is eligible to join the Legacy Society:

• A bequest in your Will or Trust
• A charitable gift annuity
• A bank account in trust for UCP/NYC
• A charitable annuity trust
• The establishment of an endowed or named fund
• Retirement fund, insurance policy, real estate or securities gifts

Benefits of your complimentary membership include:

• an annual reception exclusively for Legacy Society members
• invitations to other special agency events
• personal updates from the Board President and Executive Director
• a Legacy Society pin
• lifetime subscription to UCP/NYC's newsletter Images
• listing on UCP/NYC's Legacy Society Honor Roll in agency's annual report and Web site (with member's consent)
